Exciting!

So, I am getting so excited about going to California, 15 more days! We have so many people contacting us, wanting to spend time with us. I just am going to be glad to see my family. Like you don't even know. This is going to sound so juvenile, but I miss my Mommy.. (pouty face) She is one of my best friends in the whole wide world.

Well, as most of you know, we are keeping the puppy. His name is Brutus. And I am happy to report that he is coming out of his shell. To be completely honest, I was super concerned about him at first. He wasn't really responsive, and he didn't seem intrigued with anything, or anyone. But, he is so spirited and active now. It's cute, and slightly puppy obnoxious. I am very pleased that never made a mess in the house. He always lets me know when he was to go. And Suri has been a great role model for him. And she is slowly super warming up to him. Pictures to come soon. Love you guys!

New Things.

So, nothing much has been going on with us. Although, I may or may not have been given (again with the free stuff) a puppy. He is a male (obviously) chocolate lab and boxer mix. Basically, I saved him from death. I don't have a picture yet, cuz we are not possitive that we are keeping him. But he's 3 months old, mainly house trained from what I understand, and is super cute. He is a red/brown coat, with a black muzzel and tail. He has a very boxer esk look to him. No name yet. And...that's about it. Nothing much is new. Love!

Happenings in the life...

SO, anyone who knows me, knows I don't do so well with needles most of the time. But I am happy to report that today, after having 6 1/2 (guess I ran out of blood, lol) vials taken, I DIDN'T PASS OUT. lol. But today was a new guy taking my blood, so, as he was telling me to sit in the non reclining chair, I was like, "I should tell you, I have a bad history with needles and passing out." He looked at me like I was joking, and said, "Serious?" LOLOL. Like I would joke about this. "Yup, I have got plenty of experience passing out at my Drs in Cali, take me word, with the amount of blood you're taking, I need to lay down." So yeah, it worked out. But he was all, keep your hand in a fist, but relax your body (think to myself , How on earth do you do that??) and breathe.

Yeah. Awesome. And to top it all off, my normal Dr went into labor that morning, so I got a male Dr to talk about in depth female things. Can anyone say AKWARD!!! Don't worry, nothing is wrong (at least not that I know of) just trying to figure some stuff out. But I am going to be seeing Drs about bi weekly or so. Which is gunna suck work wise.

In other news, I was given a bedroom frame and headboard. I did a happy dance for that one too. Its nice, I like it, Seth doesn't care much, he's like, I just sleep on the bed, I don't care what it looks like. LOL, typical guy right? But I am super happy about it.

And last, but certainly not least.... WE ARE GOING TO CALIFORNIA NEXT MONTH!!!! That's right ladies and gents! Seth was approved for some leave, so we are going. My boss is sad, she was all, what if you don't want to come back. It's not that I want to come back to OK afterwards, It's more of a have to for Seth. Great reasonings, right? But Seth and I have a list of placed to go started up. So far, the musts are, Super T, Cheung Changs, In and Out (what can we say, we love CA food), the beach, family, friends, the beach....and thats where we are at for now. Anywho. Laundry to sort and fold, so TTYNT!!!

Peace, LOVE, and CALIFORNIA!!!!

GUESS WHAT GUESS WHAT!!!!!

Seth and I are the new owners of a washer and dryer!!! And this is the best part....We got it for free!!!! (does a happy dance) There is a place here on base called Airman's Attick, and basically, people donate whatever they don't want or need anymore. And there is this special spot where you can sign up to be on a list for a washer and/or dryer.

WELL, we have been on that list for 5 months, and yesterday...I got a call saying its our turn! So I went and claimed them. But I had to work that day, so I couldn't take em home. Don't worry though, we got them today, and they work, and it's awesome. The washer is from like the 70's, so the inside is small, but that's ok. And the dryer is super nice. I set them up all by myself, with a little guideance. Lol. But that is my exciting news. I can do laundry for free, and whenever I want! YAYAYYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PEACE!

Finally!!

I finally got a day off after 2 weeks! It is so needed, not just to rest, but to clean! And to TONS of laundry! Its kinda bad, I'm not going to lie. I keep the trash and dishes taken care of, but things are a little hairy, compliments of Suri. Lol. Ah, a day off with Seth means we both are cleaning while relaxing, strange I know. His Mom is always asking me how I get him to clean, but he normally is like, ok, cleaning time. Plus, I have my ways. lol. Our room is full of cloths to be washed and cleaning stuff, and military stuff. Its a wreak.

In other news, I got to talk to essentially my whole immediate family yesterday. It was nice. They all desended on my moms house for Miss Lori Loo's graduation, and so I called. LOL. Everyone was excited to hear from me, at least I hope so, lol. =)

Seth lost hearing in his left ear yesterday at the firing range. It's bound to happen after 10 hours of it. But I am happy to report, his hearing is practically all better now. Yay. He learned how to shoot left handed, because he is left eye dominant, which is pretty cool. I suppose. He passed his second try, which is awesome. Hmm. In 3 months, he tacks on his second stripe. Which is exciting. I think its actually 100 days exactly today, I could be wrong, it's know to happen. I wanna go shooting his M-4 but he has to buy the bullets first. It'll be super exciting to find out if I can still out shoot him, or if the military made him better then me. So we shall see, hopefully in the near future.

Other then that, nothing much is going on right now. I have decided not to buy another puppy for a while, even tho I had puppy fever. lol. Things are good for us, so I don't want to upend anything. Anywho, lunch has arrived with its beautiful italian smells...

Peace, Love, and ITALIAN FOOD!

Congratulations!!!

So today, my baby sister graduated Junior High! Tear* I have so many memories of this little girl, I could go on and on. But I wont and save her some dignity. This pic is the most recent that I have, and sadly, a little out dated. But I just wanted to tell everyone I am so proud of her! Love you Loo

So this new girl

So. The store hired a new lady, who was a friend of someone who already works for us. But, yesterday while I was training her, it was baaad. 2 hours into her shift she was all, I need to sit down for a bit, and I was like, ok, but if anyone comes in, you need to come help. She said that was fine, but when people came, she didn't come help. And then she was slow, which is expected to be new and all, but this was a whole new speed of slow. I actually got called and was told to go faster by the general manager. I told her I can, but I'm not so sure she can. Well, the new girl came in today and quit, saying she didn't think she could go anymore faster, and she didn't like being told what to do by someone who is half her age. In other words, she was offended by the fact that I am younger and training her. She lasted 2 days.

Lol. I kinda feel bad, but at the same time, not so much. But another one of our employees quit today cuz she was moving. My poor manager was near hysterics because everyone was quitting on her, and so when I came into work tonight, she asked me if I was quitting too. So now we are hiring and training again.

Things are going good, we are having lots of heat, and we are working hard. I am getting about 30 to 35 hours a week. But its bed time, so I'll post again another time
